Organization Sessions

Interactive online Organization Sessions will be limited to the requesting organization's volunteers and staff. Planned and facilitated by Gary Phillips, Chairman of Phillips & Associates, these sessions will require the organization's advance response to a comprehensive "fact finding" questionnaire. This will enable the Session to be tailored to the organization's distinctive circumstance and specific requirements. Session topics to be offered will include:

• Developing Governing Board Leadership
• Managing a Capital and Endowment Campaign

Fees for an Organization Session will be determined in advance based on the size of the group and agreed upon scope of the Session.
